  • July & August, Rented by the Week, Saturday - Saturday
  • Rates are for 8 guests unless specified.  Additional charges apply over 8 guests.

    June
    $195.00 per night plus tax
    $1050.00 per week plus tax

    July – Labor Day Week
    $250.00 per night plus tax
    $1350.00 per week plus tax

    After Labor Day Week – October 31
    $175.00 per night plus tax - 2 to 4 guests
    $800.00 per week plus tax - 2 to 4 guests

    Rates are based on 8 guests unless specified otherwise.  Additional charges apply to additional guests.  June, July and August is rented by the week only, Saturday to Saturday.  Other times during the year, a 3 night minimum is required, staying within the weekly rental week.

    One or two night stay? Email for rates!

    A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments.

  Reservation Information:  
 

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.
Security/Damage Deposit:

A $300.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.
