  • 2 living areas, 1 with earth stove

  • Roomy bathroom has a large shower.
  • Carpeted and the walls are done in tongue and groove aspen wood, with a rich appointment of mounted game and artwork.
  • Full kitchen including Large refrigerator, walk in pantry, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, and basic food staples.
  • Wrap around deck for additional entertaining, dining, or watching the wildlife.  The deck features tables, chairs and two grills.  You can also walk out onto the lake side of the property from the deck.
  • Over 30 children/adult board games located in the linen closet on the main floor

  • You'll love the "away from it all" feeling you'll get as you travel down county-groomed gravel roads and a good old-fashioned dirt road to reach this very special destination.

    May
    $195.00 per night plus tax
    $1150.00 per week plus tax

    June – Labor Day Week
    $250.00 per night plus tax
    $1450.00 per week plus tax

    After Labor Day Week – October 31
    $195.00 per night plus tax 
    $1150.00 per week plus tax

    Rates are based on 8 guests.  Add on $25/night or $100/wk per week for each additional guest.  The following months, weekly, Saturday to Saturday, is preferred:  June thru August.  Please check the calendar or call me to see if a 3 night is available during those times.

    Cleaning fee is $75 (non taxable)

    After Labor Day, arrival and departure days are flexible.       

    A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

  Reservation Information:  
 

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.
Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.
