      OUR RATES 

    Spring and Fall

    $150.00 per night plus tax - 4 Adults or less
    $850.00 per week plus tax - 4 Adults or less
    Add on $10/nt or $50/wk for each additional guest

    June - Labor Day Week

    $1,050.00 per week plus tax - 8 Adults or 1 family
    Add on $50/wk for each additional guest

    Rates Effective – 4/16/08

    June, July and August is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday; we will consider a 3 night minimum for June.  Spring and Fall, a 3 night minimum is required, staying within the weekly rental week.


    6% MI Sales tax is added to all reservations. 

    Rates Effective - 3/20/2008


     A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $300.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

We accept the following:
  • VISA or MasterCard ( a 3% processing fee applies ) Cashiers checks and money orders
  • Personal checks will be accepted with a 30 day reservation

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.
