    OUR RATES 

Winter Rates: December - March
$155.00 per night plus tax, up to 8 guests
$850.00 per week plus tax, up to 8 guests

Summer Rates: July – Labor Day
$155.00 per night plus tax, up to 8 guests
$750.00 per week plus tax, up to 8 guests

April - May and After Labor Day – November
$125.00 per night plus tax, up to 6 guests
$500.00 per week plus tax, up to 6 guests

Each additional guest is $15 per guest per night.  A 3 night minimum stay is required.  6% MI Sales tax is added to all reservations. 

Cleaning Fee:  $75.00

Rates Effective - 10/27/09

A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

  • Personal checks will be accepted with a 30 day reservation

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.

    *Winter months     – If there is not enough snow to ride on your arrival day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your dates – your choice!*
