Rates are based on 8 guests.  Additional charges apply to additional guests.  June, July and August, weekly, Friday to Friday, or a 3 night minimum, within the weekly schedule.  After Labor Day, arrival and departure days are flexible. 

A non taxable cleaning fee of $75 is added on to all reservations.

A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.

    *Winter months     – If there is not enough snow to ride on your arrival day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your dates – your choice!*
