      • All bedrooms have comfy beds with quality mattresses, linens, blanket, comforters, night stand, lamps, alarm clock (in master) and closets.  Two bedrooms have a Lake Superior view!
      • The interior is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with a fresh look.
      • 3 T.V.’s with Satellite service, DVD Players and video library.
      • No landline here, but cell phones will work.

      • Simply Superior is located in a family friendly neighborhood, with lake access.  We are within walking distance to the Munising Falls and hiking trails.  Sand Point Beach is a very short drive away, where you can enjoy campfires, a big sandy beach, volleyball, bog walk or just laying on the beach!
      • Simply Superior is a nice place for a family vacation, with beautiful U.P. surroundings!  Snowmobile and Ski Trails are nearby.  Pictured Rocks Boat Cruise and Munising is only 1 mile.  Tour our area waterfalls and Pictured Rocks Lakeshore, Cruises and more!  We have plenty of hiking and other outdoor recreation right outside the door.  Charter fishing trips and Pontoon rentals are available nearby.

Memorial Weekend – Labor Day
$1,500 per week plus tax

December - March
$1,500 per week plus tax

April – May and September - November
$1,200 per week plus tax

This home rents by the week only, Saturday to Saturday.  Rates are based on 8 guests unless specified otherwise.  Long term renters are welcome at this home; please inquire about rates.

Cleaning Fee is $ 90.00

A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.

    *Winter months     – If there is not enough snow to ride on your arrival day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your dates – your choice!*
