      • We are “Pet Friendly” at Maple Ridge - Your well behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and additional fee, please ask!

      • 11 guests maximum in 6 beds – 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa sleeper and 1 queen size inflatable mattress!
      • 2 bedrooms, plus “secluded” Master Loft!
      • 2 Full bathrooms – one on the Main Floor and one Downstairs!
      • Living Room on Main Floor and Family Room with bar area downstairs.  Interior is decorated with beautiful area photo’s and “wildlife décor”
      • Master Loft is spacious and has 1 Queen bed with luxury sheets. European Down Duvet, comforter, pillows, night stand, alarm clock (for early risers!), dresser, reading lamps and chair.
      • Bedroom #2 (Main Floor) has a Queen size bed, a twin size bed, luxury bed linens, European Down Duvets, comforters, pillows, night stand, reading lamp and closet.
      • Bedroom #3 (Downstairs) has a Queen size bed, luxury bed linens, European Down Duvet, comforter, pillows, night stand, reading lamp and closet.
      • Very modern & comfortable
      • Bath towels and Beach Towels are provided.
      • 2 T.V.’s, with Satellite, DVD Player and VHS Player; large selection of videos!
      • CD Player.
      • A phone is provided for local calls only.  Please have a phone card for long distance calls.  Cell phones are spotty in this area.
      • Washer/Dryer.
      • “Under the Stairs” play area and plenty of toys for children.
      • Adult and children board games.
      • Spacious front entry with ceramic tile; plenty of hooks and shelves for storing your snow gear!
      • Hardwood floors in Living Room and Kitchen.
      • Main Floor has sliding door to the deck and Downstairs has sliding door to the yard.
      • Full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, plenty of cupboards, gas range, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, crock pot, dishes, utensils, and basic spices.
      • Dining at the counter and table for 8 and 2 at the bar area downstairs.  T.V. trays available for more guests.
      • Fire pit, ample supply of wood included.
      • Charcoal grill.
      • A “starter” of paper products and soaps are provided for your convenience.
      • Spacious deck for additional entertaining, dining, or watching the wildlife.  The deck features tables, chairs and charcoal grill.
      • Maple Ridge is a peaceful getaway and close to Munising and Pictured Rocks area.
      • Many good fishing lakes in the area.
      • Only 1/2 mile to Pete’s Lake, nice for a swim, sandy beach, fishing pier, water skiing, tubing
      • Hiking trail and Cross Country Ski trails within walking distance of cottage
      • Midway General Store is within 5 miles for convenience items, fishing license and tackle, hand dipped ice cream, Rent a Canoe and much more!
      • Maple Ridge is very close to The Hideaway for family reunions and large groups!
      • Make yourself at home here at Maple Ridge and stay a few days or a few weeks!  You will have everything you need here to have a restful vacation.  You can do all of your cooking here, but if you feel like a night out, ask us about the restaurant in the woods!

    OUR RATES 

June – Labor Day
$950.00 per week plus tax

December - March
$175.00 per night plus tax
$950.00 per week plus tax

April – May and September - November
$135.00 per night plus tax
$550.00 per week plus tax

Rates are based on 8 guests.  Add on $15/night or $75/wk per week for each additional guest.  The following months, weekly, Saturday to Saturday, is preferred:  June thru August, January and February.  Please check the calendar or call me to see if a 3 night is available during those times.  During non peak seasons, 2 night stays are welcome.  3 night stays are required for Holidays.

Cleaning fee is $60 (non taxable)

ATTENTION SNOWMOBILERS:  If you have a large group, you can rent this cottage along with Hiawatha’s Hideaway to sleep a total of 25 guests!  The two cottages are only 3/10 of a mile away from each other.

ATTENTION Fishing Enthusiasts:  You are welcome to bring your own fishing boat.  We have a motor to rent for the duration of your stay; please ask for rates!


A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.

    *Winter months     – If there is not enough snow to ride on your arrival day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your dates – your choice!*
