A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 45 days prior to check-in date for peak season reservations and 30 days prior to check-in date for non peak season reservations.

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

For guests staying during June, July and August: Cancellations 45 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. For guests staying during September through May: a 30 day cancellation policy will be in effect. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.

*Winter months – If there is not enough snow to ride on your arrival day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your dates – your choice!*
