    $1,500/Month
    $1,200/Month - 3 months or longer

Rate is for up to 6 guests; tax is not required.

-6 month or longer lease, rate may be negotiable
-3 month or less, Summer and Winter stays - full amount is due in full before arrival
-Monthly rent includes the following utilities:  heat, water, sewer, electric, lawn care, snow removal, basic cable
-First month's rent plus 1 month security deposit and cleaning fee is required, plus a signed rental agreement or lease
-No Smoking inside home
-A pet may may be considered
-Cleaning fee is the responsibility of the renter

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone, e-mail.
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:
A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.
