  • There is a “No Motor” restriction on this lake

      OUR RATES 

    June – Labor Day
    $1,950.00 per week plus tax

    December - March
    $1,950 per week plus 6% tax

    Low Season Rates: 
    April - May and After Labor Day – November
    $1350 per week plus tax – 2 guests or less;  Add on $100/guest, up to 8 guests

    Rates are based on 8 guests or less unless specified otherwise.  La Casita rents by the week, Sunday to Sunday.  During low season, 3 or 4 night stay will be considered, so please inquire.  6% MI Sales tax is added to all reservations and a rental agreement is required

     Rates Effective - 5/1/2008


     A 3% processing fee is added on to all credit card payments .

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone , e-mail .
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 45 days prior to check-in date for peak season reservations and 30 days prior to check-in date for non peak season reservations.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.
