  • Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, luxurious bedding, quality mattress, alarm clock, and built in hanging and drawer storage;
  • Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, luxurious bedding, quality mattress, dresser and lamp Full bathroom with tub/shower combo
  • Sitting area with comfortable couch, table, lamp and chair.  The sitting area converts to a sleeping space for two!

      OUR RATES 

Memorial Weekend – Labor Day
$2,150.00 per week plus tax, Sunday to Sunday.

September - November and April - May
(or after snowy months)
$300 per night or $1,650.00 per week plus tax, 5 night minimum.

December – Memorial Weekend
$400 per night or $2,150.00 per week plus tax, 5 night minimum.

Two night stays are available during the fall and spring.  6% MI Sales tax is added to all reservations and a rental agreement is required.  A detached garage is available for use and in the winter it can be heated for an additional fee.

$130 Cleaning Fee

  • Rustic trail leads down to 360 feet of frontage on Sister Lake Sister Lake is full of small mouth bass and 30 ft at its' deepest. Sister Lake is a rustic lake because of the natural state of the surrounding area.  The lake itself is sandy and nice for a swim.  You can walk around the lake and explore.
  • Fire pit and Adirondack style chairs
  • Lake has a sandy bottom
  • Sister Lake has a "no motor" restriction, so is nice for paddling around on and throwing your line in.  You are welcome to bring your own canoe or kayaks!  This is a perfect lake for teaching your little ones to catch fish.

Reservation Information:

    Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone , e-mail .
    A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. Balance to be paid 45 days prior to check-in date for peak season reservations and 30 days prior to check-in date for non peak season reservations.

     

Security/Damage Deposit:

A $500.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your valid Visa or MasterCard prior to your arrival.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

    For cancellations 45 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. Once your reservation has been held, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee in the event your reservation is cancelled for any reason.

    *Winter months     – If there is not enough snow to ride on your arrival day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your dates – your choice!*
