Simply Superior

Simply Superior vacation home on the shores of Lake Superior is located in a family friendly neighborhood, just a short drive to town or Sand Point Beach, and a walk away from Munising Falls and the Pictured Rocks Lakeshore hiking trails. The view is breathtaking, the town is quaint and the people are friendly.

Simply Superior has a large, well manicured lawn and lake access.  The lake comes up to the property, so the area is nice for swimming and keeping your boat.  Four bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms are situated in this spacious, bright and airy, beautifully decorated home.  We can sleep 8 guests in beds and a couple more in a pinch!

The upper level is the main floor and has beautiful laminate flooring.  Large windows look to Lake Superior.  This is where you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, Master bedroom, child/baby or guest bedroom and one full bathroom.  The living room has comfortable furniture, TV with satellite service and DVD player.  There is a sliding door out to the upper deck that has stairs so you can walk down to the yard.  The Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, night stand, lamp, alarm clock, TV connected to satellite service a windows looking out at Lake Superior.  The main floor guest bedroom has a twin bed, crib, dresser and closet.

The kitchen features plenty of white cupboards, a counter area with seating; dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, garbage disposal, trash compactor, refrigerator, toaster oven, blender, coffee pot, under-the-counter radio, plates, cups, silverware, food storage containers, dining table and plenty of cooking gear.  The dining table can seat 6 guests and more at the counter. 

The lower level is carpeted and has a family room, fireplace, large TV with satellite service, DVD player; laundry room with washer and dryer; 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a door to the back yard and lake!  Plenty of windows in this home to gaze out at the lake!  All of your bedding, bath towels and beach towels are provided for you here at Simply Superior.  Both bedrooms in the lower level have a double bed each.  There is no landline phone here, but cell phones will work and we have complimentary wifi DSL service for you.  A library of family movies, board games, a few children’s toys, and a stereo for you enjoyment as well.

Simply Superior is a fully furnished, 2,000 square feet, quality, well maintained, comfortable, vacation home and rents by the week or by the month to guests looking to explore Munising and the Central U.P.  It’s a perfect place for a couple looking to get away from the heat of the southern states, or small family to enjoy a week stay or a seasonal getaway.  It’s also a popular place for short term professionals or just a nice, peaceful, transitional place to stay if you are in between homes.

Simply Superior has a large attached garage, gas grill and outdoor furniture to enjoy your stay.

Pets are not allowed and no smoking.

There is no landline at this home, but cell phones will work here.  Housekeeping can be provided upon request for a fee.
