Tannery Landing
Located
in a family friendly neighborhood, just a short drive to
town or Sand Point Beach, and a walk away from Munising Falls and
the Pictured Rocks Lakeshore hiking trails, Tannery Landing
is a cozy little place to call home for a little
while.
Tannery Landing is on a hill overlooking Lake Superior. The
property is on the lake, up on a hill, so no direct lake access here, but you
have a beautiful view. Two bedrooms have a double size bed each and a
single sofa sleeper in the living room. Tannery Landing can accommodate
a family of 5. The living room has new, quality carpeting,
a beautiful wood burning fireplace and big windows looking at Lake Superior. The laundry room has a washer and
dryer and doubles as your office with a built in desk and plenty of cabinets
for storage. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo; and a grab bar for
safety. All of your bedding and bath towels are provided for
you here at Tannery Landing.
The kitchen features beautiful laminate flooring, quality countertops,
and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, garbage
disposal, refrigerator, coffee pot, blender, plates, cups, silverware,
dining table and cooking gear.
Tannery Landing is a fully furnished, 1200 square feet, quality,
well maintained, comfortable, vacation home and rents by the month
to guests looking to explore Munising and the Central U.P. It’s a perfect place for a single
person, a couple, or small family to enjoy a seasonal getaway. It’s
also a popular place for short term professionals or just a nice,
peaceful, transitional place to stay if you are in between homes.
Tannery Landing has a garage attached via a breezeway. We
have a gas grill for you to use which is a nice amenity
for cooking out in the back yard while gazing at the lake. The
yard is a nice size and there are pretty plants and flowers surrounding
the front of the house.
Pets are normally
not allowed, but we will consider one on a
case by case basis. Yard
care during the summer and snow removal during
the winter months is provided for you and included
in your monthly rent. However,
if you like to keep busy and would like to take
care of the yard yourself, we do have a lawn
mower and snow blower that you are welcome to
use.
Amenities: TV with basic
cable and internet access (if requested);
a DVD player in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher; Gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, all linens and
bath towels; window blinds; ceiling fan; floor fan; ironing
board and iron; radio alarm clock. There is no landline
at this home, but cell phones will work here. Housekeeping
can be provided upon request for a fee.
