A payment of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. The balance for summer rentals, June through August, is to be paid by 5/1. The balance for stays during the remainder of the year, is to be paid 45 days prior to check-in date. For summer rentals, no refunds after 5/1.
A refundable security/damage fee is added on to the total of your reservation. Refunds will be issued after your departure if there is no damage, missing items or additional/excessive cleaning. The amount of the security/damage fee varies depending on which vacation home you are renting, please inquire.

|Cancellation / Refund Policy|
For cancellations of summer rentals, June through August, there is no refund after 5/1. For cancellations all other times of the year - 45 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund the amount you paid, less cancellation fees. For cancellations within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total amount paid for the reservation. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the amount or a prorated share, as appropriate.
