Good place to unplug and unwind with family. Caught some nice fish as well. Hope to go back again.

We arrived at "The Camp on Baldy Lake" just before sunset on a gorgeous fall day. I knew we were going to love our stay before we opened the door, but on entry, WOW! The wood stove had been lit before our arrival; it was toasty warm and the appointments were so inviting and the VIEW!! Amazing! It was a stunning start to a wonderful stay! We took advantage of the area, hiking and canoeing right around Baldy Lake as well as visiting the Munising area waterfalls and attractions. This is a very "modern" rustic cabin. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much, Tom and Lisa! Can't wait to come back.

I don’t know where to start! Our week here was amazing. Not to far from Munising. We enjoyed being without electricity and phone service. Although there is a phone in the cabin now which is convenient incase anyone wanted to get a hold of us. The night sky without really any light pollution was breathtaking! We wished the fishing was better but that’s not in our control. The cabin was awesome, all the basic amenities. Kitchen was good and stocked with everything we needed. Lisa was awesome to work with as well. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future!

Thank you so much! Such a lovely spot, and we had such a good time, even though we only caught one fish. LOL I didn't really fish, and my sons have less experience than I do, but they still enjoyed it. And we loved the hiking and canoeing Etc.

We had the most enjoyable getaway. Wonderful for people that want to unplug and just enjoy the sounds of nature. The owners did a fantastic job of ensuring our stay was one that we would remember, so many special touches. We hope to return again someday.
We just wanted to thank you again for a delightful stay at your cottage. We had an amazing time and hope to be able to visit again. We just returned home and got your message, we did just fine arriving around 5:30. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
Thanks, Pete and Babette

LOVELY rustic cottage on a quiet lake. We did some kayaking and drove around exploring the area. The cottage was super clean, welcoming, owners were AWESOME hosts! We brewed our coffee on the stove & enjoyed it while watching the mist rise from the lake. One of my favorite vacations ever. WE WILL BE BACK! :)

Beautiful cabin, georgeous view ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a beautiful cabin, peaceful, amazing sunrises & sunsets. Our family of 7 traveled here to take a break from life and were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed staying here. The only problem we had is our time ran out too soon.

My husband and I had a lovely peaceful, quite stay at Camp Baldy. The stars were amazing- some of the best I have ever viewed. Often we saw a bald eagle perched on a dead tree on a little island. It was perfectly situated to the hiking and boat tours of the Munising area. We came back RELAXED. We loved being deep in the woods.
