Rate Information

Rates are based on 8 guests, including children.
Each additional guest, add on $20/night each.
More than 8 guests add on $25 cleaning up-charge.
3 night minimum stay based on availability.
Holidays may be at a higher rate
6% MI Use tax and 1% MI Rm assessment fee is added to all reservations.

ATTENTION ATVers: We have a direct link to the trail, so you can ride from door to trail here at Twin Lakes Lodge. The Buckhorn Restaurant and Bar is only 3-½ miles from the cottage!

ATTENTION Fishing Enthusiasts and Water Lovers: Twin Lakes Lodge is not directly on the lake, but set back a bit. This is catch and release fishing. There is a path that you take to the lake and beach area where you can enjoy the raft, canoe, pedal boat and fishing boat! This is a beautiful lake for swimming!

A payment of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. The balance for summer rentals, June through Labor Day week, is to be paid 60 day prior to arrival date. The balance for stays during the remainder of the year, is to be paid 45 days prior to arrival date.

Security/Damage Fee:

A refundable security/damage fee is added on to the total of your reservation. Refunds will be issued after your departure if there is no damage, missing items or additional/excessive cleaning. The amount of the security/damage fee varies depending on which vacation home you are renting, please inquire.

Personal Checks, Cashiers checks, Money Orders or Travelers Checks are preferred.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

For cancellations of summer rentals, June through Labor Day week - 61 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date - we will refund the amount you paid , less a cancellation fee. For cancellations 60 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total amount paid for the reservation. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will issue a refund or a prorated share, as appropriate, less a cancellation fee.

For cancellations all other times of the year - 46 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date - we will refund the amount you paid, less a cancellation fee. For cancellations 45 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total amount paid for the reservation. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will issue a refund or a prorated share, as appropriate, less a cancellation fee.

Homes that rent monthly - For cancellations 3 months or or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund the amount you paid, less a $300 cancellation fee for each month reserved. For cancellations within 3 months of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the total amount of the reservation.

To take advantage of Specials/Discounts, payment is due in full within 6 days of booking and is non-refundable.
